Thesis: Interaction with Smart Assistant

An usability study on Smart Assistants (SAs) focusing on their application for workplace meeting scheduling was conducted. A questionnaire was further designed to gather feedback on face recognition and speech interfaces, focusing on privacy and security concerns. The study provided guidelines for developing socially interactive, speech-based SAs and highlighted strategies to address user concerns.
